- There will be no charge for a carer assisting a disabled visitor

FAQ’s
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS? You can buy tickets on the day using cash or a card. We accept contactless cards. Alternatively, you may want to book online. The price is less expensive. Book early Bird tickets for £4 plus a booking fee until 31st January 2024, then Advance tickets for £5.50 until 24 hours before the show opens. On the gate price is £7.00.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE AN ENTRY FEE? We charge an entry free to cover our costs. For example, we have to pay for the hire of the venue, insurance, and staffing. We try to keep the price down and believe us, we are good value for money. Once you have purchased your ticket you can re-enter as many times as you like on the day.
AS A CARER, DO I HAVE TO PAY? when you are accompanying a ticket holder as their carer, you don’t need to pay for a ticket of your own. Just let us know when you enter.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED? DO I RECEIVE A REFUND? If Wool@J13 is cancelled, we will issue a refund to all tickets that have already been booked.
IF I CAN’T ATTEND ONCE I HAVE BOUGHT A TICKET, CAN I GET A REFUND? If you’ve booked a ticket but can no longer attend, you can request a refund for your ticket for up to seven days before the event. Let us know by sending an email to us and we’ll cancel your ticket and issue a refund to your account. If there is less than a week to go, we are unable to provide a refund.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET? After you have booked a ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. Attached to that email there will be a PDF with a QR code, and we scan that on the day when you enter. You can print that out or show it to us on your phone. Alternatively we can look you up by name. We do not post tickets. Tickets can also be purchased on the day using cash or card.
IS THERE A CAR PARKING CHARGE? Yes there is. We will shortly be posting details of the cost which we keep as low as possible, once this is confirmed.
IS THE SHOW ACCESSIBLE? Spaces for disabled parking are reserved near to the entrance which is wheelchair accessible. The ground at The Heritage is very even, having formerly been used as a cricket pitch.
CAN I BRING MY DOG? Yes you can. We welcome four legged as well as two legged friends. We just ask that you keep your dog on a lead throughout your visit to the show.
