Coming to the show? Consider Car-Sharing
30th October 2021

Visitors to Winter Wool@j13 being held down on Lower Drayton Farm, Penkridge, Staffordshire on 13th & 14th November are being asked to consider car sharing or making use of public transport to help support our fragile environment.

“We know many of our visitors use their cars to get to the show,” says Ingrid Wagner, co-organiser of Wool@j13. “And we would love to see them supporting the environment along with the sustainable resource of wool.”

Initiatives such as car sharing serve, in the first place to reduce pollution from car emissions but they can also offer the benefits of making new friends, providing company (especially for those who would be travelling on their own), saving time & money, and can be safer should a breakdown occur.

If you are planning to visit us on the weekend of 13th & 14th November, head to our FB page https://www.facebook.com/WoolJ13/ to register your interest on the relevant post, email us on [email protected] or give us a ring on 07717036213.
